The Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot and dry summers, shapes the unique character of our wines. The generally mild and gentle winter also contributes to the excellence of our vineyard. The presence of the mistral, a powerful and invigorating wind, naturally regulates humidity and promotes the health of the vines, thereby enhancing the quality of our grape varieties.
